Ultimate Settings > User Interface > Notification power widget > Indicator color > type in the color code...

Everything seems perfect other than the incoming call screen.. I didnt get a great look at it but i think the drag across is off the screen and its kind of an awkward looking screen since it doesn't really go w/ the theme. Anyone else experiencing this?

Are you talking about the full background or just the slider icons ?

Mbk, what I was referring to is the in call screen, the in call screen for UD 2 is the one thats like the iphone but in your screen shots its the older one. If I apply your theme will it revert the in call back to the older one?
