I would say that's especially true of a tablet. My HP touchpad is much better on ICS than GB. As far as phone goes, I guess it depends on which one you have. HTC might "over Sense" ICS. But overall from what I've seen ICS > GB. Just for settings alone, and the recent button. It's cleaner.

ICS ruined my (and many others') Transformer tablet. Be careful what you wish for.

trying rooting, then downgrading to honeycomb it worked tosolve my problems on the transformer. The method of on how to do it is posted on the transformer forums boards
