Not yet; no word on when it will start getting pushed other than sometime in the next few weeks.

There is a leaked version out for both stock and rooted phones! You don't have to wait. Search the threads here and the thunderbolt forums. It works, lots of people flashing it.

Can someone post the link, I keep getting sent to Megaupload and cannot download file for some reason. I am not rooted, just need standard Mr2 update.
