Turning off all data

What is this widget called? Is this something included in Froyo or is it in the marketplace?

You don't need any applications now. Just go to settings, wireless and networks, mobile networks. From there you can turn of data all the time or just when roaming. Would be good for when your out of the country and don't want the high data charges.

I placed a shortcut on my homescreen for the data manager. Its more than 1 click but it does allow for disabling the data. Used AnyCut for the shortcut placment.
