I don't think he really picked up on it. Still I thought it was evil but appropriate to have some fun. I'm hoping to see 2.5 as much as anyone else. I had 2 big problems with 2.4. First was the issue with it being super slow for the most part. Even running the stock kernel it was bad. Then my second big issue was that I was getting up to 6 of the same text messages. 2.3 didn't do that with the exact same settings. So I will wait like everyone else and jump on it when 2.5 is here.

i had problems with 2.3.0 and 2.4.0. putting ChevyNo1 kernel on 2.3.0 would cause videos to not play correctly (video sound would play but video images wont move) and camera flash would flick randomly. On 2.4.0 the camera flash problem only.

It was so slow for me that I could hardly do anything. Notifications were also a problem for me but I think that was because things were always running so slow. Even on a fresh install without restoring anything it was slow. I love UD so as long as I have a solution that works I'm good.

I feel lucky being able to run 2.4 with no issues, with compcache enabled and LFY kernel everything is perfect. And that is coming from 2.1 without wiping all along the way. Refresh refresh refreshing the UD forum.

There was a thread BD himself posted in earlier today. He said specifically, it would be released in the next two to three days, and that it would be Gingerbread. The thread was titled something like "pool just for fun."
