Saw this today.

There has been a lot of progress on the Droid X front within the last week. It is booting gingerbread now and should start testing releases publicly some time before next week.

Haha I wish I never got rid of mine. Thinking of "Downgrading" to the D1 when my next upgrade is available. Although to me its a pretty big upgrade since I like Custom ROMs and such.

I have a rooted D1 with a seidio case on it I would trade you for your DX. I use the D2 now and wouldn't mind having a DX.

You don't 'try' ud, you 'experience' it... once you go ud, there's no turning back! Best rom, bar none... lol although we 'might' have the gingerbread update about the time everyone else is on honeycomb. =-/
