This rom is seriously good tparker. Give it a shot you will not be disappointed.The Curved Unlock Wheel is enticing, I haven't seen that in action since 2.0.1 and it is a long holiday weekend

I have one MINOR thought on your lock screen, I LOVE the rotary lock screen I think you should port it for use with other roms, but BEFORE you do PRETTY PLEASE and with SUGAR on top, add a charging section so when I am charging and on the lock screen it will display the percentage of the charge and when it reaches 100% it says charged, my charging jack is a little f.u.b.a.r.ed and I heavily relied on the "charging" on the lock screen to make sure my Droid's going to charge, other than that... DUDE EFFING AMAZING, love the rom, today's the first day I've started using UltimateDroid and I must say WOW I'm impressed 
This is also my first UD install, and wow, this rom is super fast and stable. I've had to deal with little quirks and inconveniences with pretty much every rom I've tried since rooting in January, but not with this. I am seriously impressed, very nice work!
The one thing that had annoyed me to no end since the 2.2 roms have been around was a loss of data issue that occurred when I was on wifi, then left the area or re-entered the area. Neither 3G nor wifi would work consistently, and when either did it was super slow. Not any more (knock on wood), that is the best thing so far! I just wanted to mention that specific issue because I've heard others experiencing the same thing.
And that issue I mentioned earlier about the LED staying lit is gone; I reset to defaults, went back in to assign colors, and all was well.

Chevy 1.25ghz Force Close
I installed UD Froyo Extreme and the stock kernel was working fine.. I flashed to Chevy's ulv 1.25 kernel and rebooted and I got a ton of force close issues with the red led and and 0 battery. Can someone help me out?

Yea I noticed this too on UD8... when I plug in my charger while on lock screen it doesn't say charging until I power off the screen and come back to the lock screen..... same goes when u unplug the charger on lock screen, it will still say charging while its unplugged
For me its nothing big but if ur having charger issues I could see it being a little annoying

what did you do flash a 2.1 kernel?
Everything looks and feels Amazing, the only thing I have found so far is the stat_sys_data_out_3g.png is not themed like the others, seems it was missed, but the framework looks awesome and all of the tweaks will take at least a week to get used to, there's definitely a lot here and it takes up minimal space.....great ROM
