Have you tried using the built in restore feature?

Runs clean up scripts and then restores all the wugport files to the appropriate directories.
Basically like a factory reset incase you ever have to terminate the script before it finishes. There are probably files that are still lingering around or ones that haven't been restored because you had to end the script prematurely.

No doubt. I could do that. The restore feature is in the main menu. Just choose it and then choose the option to cleanup and restore all. I am not sure if I ever wrote instructions about that, my bad. I know its there because I built it, lol.
