I will wait and see to compare both phones. My major concern? Samsung's poor performance for software o/s updates makes me hesitant about the Nexus. But since its a Google phone, maybe they are in control. Plus I read there are stipulations with the ICS Terms that manufacturers have to agree to update their devices in a more timely manner. Razr, Nexus, Droid 4, these phones are moving at a breakneck speed! We are going to want each and every model for the next 6 months! ! Quad processors? ? Both a blessing and a curse, lol....

Yeah...the updates come from Google, not Samsung. OTA updates are the last thing you need to worry about regarding the Galaxy Nexus. It will CONSTANTLY be updated (to the latest and greatest of course), which is definitely a good thing
