All I know is, if this phone, whatever the name and specs, is unlocked and has a(n) LTE/HSPA+/UMTS/CDMA chip, then it is a must buy. You could go ANYWHERE and use a phone like this; it would truly be a "world phone".

These specs look tasty. They're iPhone 4s specs but better plus it's an Android. Win.

I think this is reaching the point of the "bionic hype beast" for me... The rumors that I wanted to be true more than any other for the bionic was the 4460 and the 4.5", which both flopped and made the phone drop a few notches in my eyes. I shall believe nor hope for anything until after the 11th. haha

I've never bought a phone on the 1st day of release, but this may be the one I rush out for. Do you guys think this is a phone that will be back ordered because of high demand, or is that just impossible to predict? I remember a phone or two that sold out pretty quickly and had a waiting period (DX?).

Yea it's so hard not to get caught up in all the rumors I just hope we're not setting ourselves up for a huge letdown

I think with all of the advertising, anything with a Droid name causes the mad rush to the phone stores on launch day. I'd say it all depends on how much Samsung advertises. I'm not sure many will care about the lack of a Touchwiz ui and having an unlockable bootloader like we do here!
