Using RSD Lite to flash an SBF file -- correctly

Were can i download a 2.1 SBF file So i can do this to my phone..when i click the "..." to look for the SBF file i dont even know where to find it?

I have the droid 2.2 and i had a porblem wit my fone where the screen locked and the touchscreen wasnt workin, so i was told to reset it, so now im tryin to return my phone back to stock.

i need helppp

so iam at step 5 where we enter the bootloader
and now windows gets a popup to install new hardware with some se flash and a bunch of numbers
and then i try to install it and it says i need a cd
and my droid never showes up in rsd lite

Did you install the proper drivers from Motorola? What version of Windows are you running? What version of RSD Lite?

yeah iam pretty sure my drivers are good
i got windows xp
and rds lite v4.6

Have you connected the phone to the PC prior to trying to run RSD Lite?

yeah i guess it was the drivers i downloaded everything again and it worked fine
but idk what to do now after iam rooted lol
