Using Tether on Droid2 2.3.3 - rooted

Ok guys just wanted to enlighten those who were struggeling as i was for the past few days trying to figure out wireless tether. I was able to get it working using wugs work around. I downloaded bootstrapper and applied his zip file for the droid x and no more verizon website blocking access. Good luck and hope this will help.

Back to zero

Well after a week rollong on 36's 2.0.7 tether, I think Verison got me. I'm back zero. I went to the Verison store and removed the usb tether from my account and now wireless tether stopped working. I gress my tether was working though my 5gig data tether. I'll read thru these work arounds and see what happens.

I've got it back now. I had to do the airplane mode thing like 5 times to get it to work. But, yeah! it's working now.
