I dont know if this works or not since I manually upgraded but motomobile tweeted this:

I agree i still havent gotten mine and from the looks of things so havent a lot of other people, and the update is supposed to end in less than 2 days..

I don't like they way they changed the media dock. That floating green time sucks, I loved the cool blue it had when using the dimmed setting.

Droid 1 only. The Droid X has has its first update pushed back to September due to performance issues, probably related to MotoBlur.

Update your facebook app

For the peeps with battery eating Droid's update your facebook app to ver. 1.3.2 and in settings do not allow it to auto sync.

The fb app is a battery KILLER.

My wifes Droid received the OTA update to Android 2.2 on Sunday morning, mine still has not shown up. How long should I wait before questioning Verizon?

I did the manual upgrade two weeks ago. I understand that Verizon will do the OTA to bring mine up to the latest version of 2.2. How can you tell which version of 2.2 you are running?

Regardless if you manually updated or not, if you dont have the current version that is being sent out, you will get it thru the OTA..

Actually Shadez they are saying completed by the 18th. I think that would also include the 18th as well so there are still two more days.

Droid 2 Has 2.2 and the X is essentially the same except for the obvious characteristics. So you think the X is getting a different version of 2.2 than the D2? Or is this post an assumption of unknown facts?
