Verizon's Galaxy S III Comes With Everything You Need Including A Locked Bootloader!

I'll stick with Verizon until they kill my grandfathered unlimited. They have the best service for now in my area. I'm even willing to pay full price for phones to keep my unlimited plan. Not everyone is willing to put up with their junk, but I personally can't beat their unlimited data.

Nice +1

Sorry i speak Spanish too. But, touch screen keyboard isn't my cup of tea, when it come to tying.

I figured english wasn't your first language, nothing bad... just saying, and yes, touch screen drives me mad, if they'd make an awesome keyboard attachment for these or a really powerful slide out keyboard phone I'd be all over it like white on rice, as it is I've finally gotten used to swype and the new google voice keyboard is pretty slick and works really well.

I swear, if I buy this phone outright and pay for TEC insurance through asurion then WHO THE HELL is VZW to tell me what I can and can't do... I pay a monthly fee to have my phone covered, it's insurance for a reason. Besides that I should have the option to void my warranty.

I just hope sometime in the future our system of phones will become more like the European one, you choose your phone based on what phone you want NOT what carrier you have. it's such a better system.

Remember you can always use Bluetooth keyboard if you want to type. But, they are expensive.

But, United States isn't as open Europe ,when it comes to expensive phones. Is either pay full price or get lock for 2 years.

i cant stand verizon. im fed up with their crap. as soon as they get rid of my unlimited data im going to jump ship.

We kept getting d*cked an d*cked an d*cked enough is enough jumping ship as soon as the take my unlimited a vzw rep told me that within 4 yrs verizon plans to have the unlimited data plan eliminated by slow transition or forcible removal with new contracts >:(

I stopped reading after 2 pages, but I have to say, CRY ME A RIVER. Seriously go to AT&T or whoever. What are you going to do when X carrier takes your Unlimited data? We know all the major carriers are going to drop unlimited data sooner or later. Then who are you going to cry to?

+1 metro pcs i bet lol

If a phone is unlocked the odds of it bricking are very low. Its locked down bootloaders that brick phones when people try to unlock them without easy to gain recovery and root.

You haven't had a locked phone have you? I have had my D2G for about 1.5 years now, and I know Devs that will back me up on this, locked bootloaders are IMPOSSIBLE to brick because you can never achieve full access to the device. It is actually unlocked devices that risk a higher brick rate. With my locked bootloader, no matter what happens, I always have access to stock recovery, because of this, no matter what I do, I can not break the stock recovery so if anything goes wrong, I always have recovery access. Take the locked boot loader away and you can easily hard brick your device. That said, I don't like locked bootloaders by any means, but I am confident VZW does this to prevent a ton of returns.\ from people unwilling to completely understand what they are doing.

Locked bootloaders wouldn't be a huge issue if they provided easy to use developer tools which Samsung and HTC have done in some way or another on previous devices.
