Guy on xda says they have root for 4.4.4 now. Releasing soon. I'm skeptical but wouldn't that be our luck. Root right before an Ota hits

I've seen that many times over the years, even when an update isn't expected. Don't read into it. It doesn't mean anything other than what it says.
