Hey guys

There are water indicators on the back side of the phone and battery. If there has been no water or moister problems, will there be a red x or plain white strip on the battery and phone?

No moisture will be red X's on a white background in the little circle
and same thing on the battery

Under the battery cover, next to the camera, you'll see a white indicator with red X's. If that's what yours look like there is no water damage. If the indicator is a solid color, that means water damage and is what defines it to Verizon.
