Welcome to the Project Elite GNex section!

Try and delete the "android" folder on your sdcard then reboot and wipe cache and see if that works

Not working. Tried deleting from root explorer and it says delete failed. I tried root browser in ROM tool box pro and it says deleted but doesn't delete. I wiped and rebooted and still nothing.

My gallery is working fine. I did dirty flash not sure if that's why it's ok.

If this helps figure it out, my gallery is fine except for a folder created by a wallpaper app I downloaded yesterday. It has the grayed out problem.

We reverted the commit that's causing the gallery issues. So the next build posted the gallery problems will be fixed. Also the next build posted if all goes well you guys should notice a nice speed increase. I built and flashed this morning
and now buck is building and flashing and once we know all is well with these new changes we will post the build for you all as well.
Also I cannot stress this enough. Since we are still technically in beta phase while most builds are stable as ever there still is a chance that bugs may occur in these builds. That's why its very important for you all who do install at this point to only report bugs if you have wiped before installation. We really appreciate all of your feedback because its your guys input which is going to help us determine when to move on to the r.c stage.
Again just wanted to say thank you for continuing to use p.e and hope you all enjoy it.

Thank you to you and buck for the amazing ROM. PE was the best on the og droid and continues to be the best on the gnex. Thank you both for all your hard work and support you both provide. Much appreciated! Can't wait to flash the new build =)

Buck, awesome work! Do the speed increases you speak of in the 1/6 build come from adding the Seeder entropy generator binary?

I know Evoloution rom added that and they credit Project Elite for much of their base.

The new build is running great. Gallery issue is gone and does seem a lot snappier. No problems so far on a clean install. Thanks guys! =)

Didn't think it was possible, but it really does seem much snappier. As usual great work guys.

New build up. Gallery issue resolved. Build is now built with googles new GCC 4.7 tool chain. You should notice a bit of performance improvement.

NOTICE: new build uploaded at 9pm-ish. If you downloaded the build earlier don't worry about this one. Only difference is I updated the navbar custom button to cms official merged one. Everything else is the same.

Speed increases can be attributed to that and the new tool chain. Remember the entropy mod is done at the kernel level so there won't be the wake issues and such like you get with the seeder app.

As buck said we now use googles 4.7 tool chain to build instead of the 4.6 which is what you find with jb source. The only stuff added to allow the toolchain to work was code from google master branch. Once the tool chain stuff was done we def saw an increase in performance (so it seems anyways lol ) we have been talking about maybe adding in some linaro tweaks but as of now performance seems pretty good. I'll upload the build with stock jb kernel tonight when I get home from work.
But just as a reminder again like buck mentioned we did not use the seeder app tweaks for any speed improvements. Buck did add some of the entropy mods at the kernel level. We did test the actual mod from the app and saw far to much battery drain to find it useful. Not to say bother roms/mods/devs will find the same result but in p.e the mod was done in bucks kernel as to save battery. So hopefully that clears up any questions about that.

That does clear it up for me. Thanks guys! I appreciate the responses as always.

can't find anything in the OP about what version of Android this is based on now. I am new to this ROM and was coming based on reco from someone commenting on my post at Droid Life. Is this 4.1.2 or 4.2 based?
