Well, I did it!

Well considering it is a higher resolution screen, larger screen overall, faster processor, and yet smaller battery than the RAZR MAXX, I'd say you've proved the MAXX HD is a performer!

The maxx hd has the same size battery as the original maxx. Both are 3300mAh.

Really? I though it was 2,500mAh. And with a quick Google search - confirmed. I should have looked before I posted. :frown: Thanks for the correction.

OK, so even still, the larger screen, higher resolution and faster processor, and it still managed 41 hours to 9%. I call that a winner in anyone's book!

All that in a nice and sexy package. I couldn't even get close to this phone's battery life on my old Galaxy Nexus with an extended battery or my HTC Thunderbolt (also with an extended battery). On top of that, that extended battery made the phones fugly.

I'm 150% thrilled with this phone. I told my Verizon account rep just how trilled I am too :-D

"Tongue in cheek", yeah!... BTW, can you speak to "your Verizon account rep" and get me upgraded without losing my Unlimited status and also without having to pay anything? :D

I'm not asking for much, just everything...:icon_ devil: (well, almost everything...unless you come with the package! :DJK)

I'm willing to join in on the buy one for free and get the second one free... heck I'll double down.

You were KIND OF right. The Razr HD has a 2,530mAh battery.

Thanks for the clarification. :hail: I knew I had heard some mention of 2,5##mAh. So it was the RAZR HD, not the MAXX HD. Makes complete sense!

FoxKat, if I want to root this phone (it's on jb), I need to put it back to ICS and then root, save root, and update OS, correct? All that info is what is posted in your thread om the Razr forum, correct?

There isn't a method to revert back to ICS from JB yet. If you didn't root and protect with the process mentioned, then you're stuck like me. I am trying to resolve it for mine, since I had root before the update and did protect, but I didn't know of the protect, unprotect, protect process that Matt L Groff described, so I lost root.

Ok, then I'm SOL. I don't think the gal I bought it from had rooted it. Darn

Side note: I was in PA at the beginning of the month
