This is a discusion about the 'Hard Slide out keyboard'
I have not seen very many posts on this problem wich leads me to believe it is not happening with all of the droid 4 jellybean.
on my device it will activate 'Google search' no matter what screen is being displayed.
I went directly from gigerbread to jellybean so i do not know if ICS had this problem
in gingerbread if i was in a text field the mic button on the hard keyboard would bring up 'Voice Reconition' Exactly what you would expect but i can not get it to do this on jellybean at all and have looked for a fix but have not found one.
If any one has a droid 4 on jellybean that can get the 'voice reconizer' to open when in a text field, could you plese post here..
or let me know if this was availiable on ICS..
