What size are you getting, 16 GB or 32 GB...and why?

Do you guys think that all phones from now on will be able to use a 64 gig card. As of right now the only phone I know of is SGS3 that can have the 64 gig. it would suck to get the 64 gig card and not be able to use it in any other phone

I would think most new phones to stay ahead of the curve would have to expand to 64GB... I mean they will have to compete against the SGS3 now. I just hope the 64GB cards drop in price some before I get the phone.

Well I smoked the 16g sd in my DX, then the 8g I had from my BB Storm. I'm sure I used them harder than they were designed for, but still. I have never had internal memory just die like that. Plus the wife has gotten into music a lot lately, why not go big.

I got two 32g S3s for $332 shipped, thats less than the droids were at the time.

Hey I'm curious, when the manufacturers of these devices (phones) give the buyer an option of 8-16-32 GB models and so on, how come they don't have say 128GB or 256GB built in?? Flash memory is real small and holds alot of data, that we all know. So why not just cram it in at the factory?? How much space and weight does four 32 GB micro SD cards take up?? Is that about the size of it. Make the phone thicker if needed to accommodate the extra hardware.

Ordered 16GB Pebble Blue, and will install my existing 32GB that is in my Rezound, hell the 16GB that comes in my Rezound is not even half full, most of my movies:icon_ devil: music photos are stored on my external SD card, never take chances of losing such files if phone internal drive decides to crash. No, it's about keeping all those SD card manufacturers happy, they all work together, if they put all that flash memory inside the device from the get go, no one would have a need to go purchase any external memory, that would be bad business between these manufacturers. This is a good reason to go with the 32GB model. Not being able to move apps to SD card and have apps access the SD card without some massaging is a real fail for the Samsung Galaxy S3.
