Interesting...my way is simple ..24 hour seasoned with plenty garlic and spices ...slow cooked covered for 7 to 8 hrs covered...then blast it up uncovered to finish
Ya' know what really sucks. I live in a fairly large city, both population wise and square mileage wise. We have the fewest sit down restaurants per capita than any place on earth I think. And don't get me started on gas stations. I think the city banned gas stations a long time ago. But we have taco carts that pop up every weekend all over town in peoples garages.
