What's for dinner?

My meal prep for this week will be:
Breakfast: oatmeal
snack 2 hard boiled eggs, 3/4 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of strawberries
lunch: 1 sinfit protein bar, 420 grams of sliced peaches
Dinner: 6 oz of chopped chicken breasts, 1 cup of steamed rice, cup of lettuce, 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes (basically my own home made chipotle chicken bowl).

Right now that is 1457 calories. I plan on throwing some pecans or a scoop of protein in my oatmeal to make up that extra 100 calories.

still more carbs than I would like in my diet but the current meal set up fills me up.
 
today's junk registered to 1638 calories
886g carbs, 350 grams of protein, 100 grams of fat (61% carbs, 24% protein, 15% fat) <----definitely too many (bad) carbs.
And that was for my meals of
Breakfast: 2 slices of breakfast pizza 750 calories
lunch: 2 1/2 slices of corned beef, candied yams , banana pudding 585 calories
dinner/snack: sinfit protein bar 350 calories.

886g carbs, 350 grams of protein, 100 grams of fat (61% carbs, 24% protein, 15% fat) <----definitely too many (bad) carbs.
And that was for my meals of

Your food today sounded yummy but tomorrow is a good day to back off some of those carbs... Good luck

Making lifestyle changes.

My last hurdle right now is drinking a lot of water. I've never been a big water drinker. I don't drink sugary drinks any more. But I'll admit that I need bcaa powder to help me with the water drinking.

I hate water but my daughter found a product called true lime and true lemon. You take a 20oz bottle of water and put one individual package of powder in and shake. It has stevia in it and no aftertaste.. I think it has a tiny bit of cane sugar but it amounts to only a few calories and its tasty and refreshing. Find it near the Kool aid powdered drinks. Small yellowish box usually on top shelf. They have lemonade, lemonade with raspberry, and Cherry lime which I love. If you like, you can squeeze a wedge of lime or lemon into the bottle too tastes fresh made. You can use a reusable drink bottle too, as long as it has at least 20oz capacity. Have fun! It's my little secret. There's also a great free app called my fitness pal that I use where you can track your food water weight and exercise.. Great way to figure out what you actually eat and you do it all on your phone. Easy peasy! Good luck!!

I think they bred all the flavor out of modern chickens. Nobody makes it like mom used to, flavorful and juicy.
