Actually clean up is not that bad. Especially if you clean it up while it is still warm (not smoking hot though). Those ribs were thr messiest thing I made and I had it cleaned up in 5 mins.

thats my problem, getting it while it is still warm 
usually its a few days later :-( that's one reason why I eat out so much - no dishes.

At my house I have a couple delivery options but up at the GF'S house it's not so much.... Hopefully she will bring me some takeout from her work...lolthats a shame, all I have to do is to ask alexa to deliver my pizza

it was such a nice day I grilled some pork steaks outside. One of these days I will think about taking a picture.
We had typical Easter dinner. Ham, potatoes, corn, beans, gravy, and rolls.
