When is official ics going to hit my phone?

I think that what's been happening since Friday is still the "Soak Test" even though people who hadn't signed up for any test got it. I've seen before where random phones would receive updates when a soak test was occuring. I also saw on another forum that a soak-tester received a follow up e-mail over the weekend from Motorola asking them to provide feedback by Monday 10-22 so that they would have information to Go/No-Go with the full rollout. Does this sound plausible?​

Downloat it to phone directly then move it to sd-ext card. Boot iñto recovery and flash.
I' m talking about 246 zip, not the hob.

and it seems to be downloading to my phone, or actually it says opening, i'm hoping when it finishes it will give me a chance to see where the file is and move it to sd-ext
I was not able to access it from my work computer, "IE cannot display the web page", but hit it fine on the phone

Don't pull the battery. For people with a lot of media on their cards, the update has taken up to 20 hours. Hopefully, you are almost complete.

Yes the leak for 246 and the official are the same and have been verified numerous times.

If by "verified" you mean the many successful installations of the zip (not HoB) as discussed on this thread, I have read those, and I guess that's proof enough, but I was just thinking that comparison screen shots would be nice.

Damn 19hr's, how much media is on your phone?

Around 2300 songs and a little over 1100 pictures, don't know if pictures affect this or not. Really hope its done soon because I need it for my geology class to take pictures of certain things around campus before class.:hail:

got tired of waiting for OTA and went ahead and used the zip.. Thanks!
no problems with the update, everything seems to be running smooth..
the low disk space on internal storage threshhold seemed to be tighter, because it never really warned me in the past.. but wouldnt stop with ICS.. but i moved a bunch of apps to the phone and took care of that.

was going to take care of my wife's phone too.. but her volume up button on the side is broken... she actually had to get an app to adjust call volume
but i dont see any way to boot from the sd card without that button...
