When Will the ThunderBolt Be Available for Purchase

Would love for 2/28, settle for 3/4. Not Happy about 3/10 but I think I have that date our pool. I figured 4 weeks after the fruit launch.

Silver lining would be that I would win enogh to cover the cost of the TB.
 
HookedOnHifonic - the incredible is a great phone, pocketable, and a great choice if you're tired of waiting for the thunderbolt... i got my phone back in december for that reason.


Preack2K - where are you reading that the thunderbolt is having a lot of problems? what are the problems anyway... skype not cooperating?


this phone really is taking it's sweet time getting to the market. i'm sure it'll be worth the wait... it's htc and they want a perfect product... not an almost perfect product that's loaded with problems (... motorola...). i'm just afraid that the thunderbolt's release could potentially turn into the merge situation at this rate... if it hasn't already.
 
Coming from someone who CAN'T WAIT to upgrade to the Thunderbolt...I'll wait however long it takes for this because I want a product that works. Verizon is obviously working out some kinks. We'll all get our TBs soon...
 
If I remember correctly the release date for the Thunderbolt was never officially released, in which case, it's never been delayed. And early speculation was that it would be released mid-March. Considering that, it's not that the Thunderbolt is delayed, it's that it may have been looking to be released earlier than planned. Remember Best buy can not release the Phone before Verizon that is if they want to keep selling phones for Verizon...

Actually Verizon's only part in it will be adding bloatware. And indeed that could be a delay. But more likely it's Motorola.

Anyway, I've never known anyone who holds up something for a couple of kinks. They usually release it and send a fix later.

Yes they where have problems with skype and some other problem... I read on Twitter from The Panda a week or so ago.. I also read about an Battery issue.... The Battery has been dying to fast on 4G...
