Never heard of that app. There are MANY apps that perform backups of your installed apps. I am using Astro file manager, but there are many others. They each use a folder on the SD card (Astro uses \backups as a default folder but that can be changed in its options). If your app did what it was supposed to do, it created some folder on the SD card called backup or on_the_fly_backup, or something. It would contain the .apk files that could be backed up (apk's flagged as private cannot be backed up without rooting, but more than 90% of apps CAN be backed up). With new phone, go to Files file manager, navigate to backup folder, and tap each .apk you want to restore to the new phone. If your old phone is still working, put the SD card in it, download and install Astro, do a batch backup, then move the SD card to the new phone, install Astro on that one, and do a batch restore of all the backed up apps.
