Been sitting on the sideline as well... Too much of a chicken to jump. But given all of this news the past few days, and all the props for how easy the HoB process has become, I may just jump on 246 now... Assuming I feel comfortable after reading the instructions.

I'm running CM10 now. yes its is JB. IT works great with the exception of the camera. Native camera app doesn't work but an Camera360 does. Instagram doesn't.

is it a rooting process? i have used a one click root before to freeze bloat, but as of right now im not rooted and running stock. I have never "flashed" anything in my life. But if its really easy to put .246 on my bionic now, id be really tempted seeing as how im sitting here bored.

what he said, but in this case it would be Samuri's FAQs. I think the master would agree that just being bored is not a reason to flash if you don't have a better grasp of what you're getting into.
Since the OTA is imminent I would suggest you just staying where you are at.
