You can also turn the auto wi-fi option off in the settings. Go to system settings/wi-fi/click the menu button/click advanced/and then uncheck the "notify me" option. Or wait for another pop-up and do it that way.

Yep, I think I dismissed the pop up and choose never show again. But you're right, I just found that setting and it stopped.
