This morning, I was were you are now. I made the jump using the HoB. My tech skills are limited but i do know how to read.
Download the HoB and all necessary components. Keep your phone unplugged from your computer and do a few dry runs by just typing "N" at each option. You'll figure out the flow and it will start to make sense when you see it for real.

Indeed. There's really nothing to complain about in 246. I mean, every OTA we've ever had has had WAY more problems. People should really appreciate what Moto has done for us.
