Nope, you're not.

Go to one of Sam's posts, click the links in his signature. Download 246 HoB Support for it and the file you need will be in that. Only thing is its a windows installer so Ubuntu might not be able to get at it.

Samuri has it in the HoB section. For some reason though, he has it embedded into an exe setup file.

Actually I was able to run it in Wine and it's now installing. Seems to be working fine so far. I just need the zip, and that's all for now. If 246 doesn't become the OTA, then I'll take the next step and figure out how HoB works.

About JB really quickly.. I don't think we're getting JB within the 18 month Window. Yes, the upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 isn't like going from 2.3 to 4.0, and I know Punit Soni has said he has plans for us. But most of the "plans" that people have promised me haven't turned out. Either the plan is completely abandoned or something puts them "a little behind schedule". If anything, we'll get the JB update after the 18 month Window is up.

I went the Wine route.
If come 3 or 4 weeks from now, we end up seeing 248 being leaked, then I'll go on my mom's computer and use HoB to update to that.

I dont know how to do that... This is partially why i didnt want to do this. Too much crap just to update to ICS when Motorola should be doing it for me.

Man, with all the manpower we have in this thread and spare time we have waiting for ICS OTA, imagine if we all decided to do something productive together. We probably could have cured cancer or recovered the economy. I'm not sure why I keep reading this damn thing...
