Vzw gave in to Motorola's demands

$1000 installments every day the update is late
They will not charge for unlocked devices being on there network but no dev phones on the 2 yr program
Motorola gets to have full control of there new quad core intel phone supposed specs edge to edge true HD display 2 gb of ram JB OS (upgradable to the next OS) an i think i heard something about a nividia graphics chip?
Motorola gets to dictate what phones they want unlocked
An vzw cant delay an update to make any unreasonable changes or modifications (bloatware?)
If i forgot anything guys please fill in the blanks lol an yes i got a bit more info on the new (code name) RAZR X (i honestly think they are going to ride the RAZR series till it falls apart -_-)

Got behind another ~75 pages and caught back up again. The last 75 weren't nearly as interesting as the previous 130.

That phone sounds like it has the potential to be my first full price phone. Just a kick in the nuts to have to pay full price for a phone to be able to keep unlimited data.

Also, don't forget the bacon shortage and your bricking of three phones just to spite them. ;-)

There are other options then walking into VZW and paying full price for a phone.

Verizon should be happy they got off easy. $1000 a day for being late is microscopic compared to other contracts. Government contracts are $100,000 a day if the contractor causes a delay. $1000 will have no impact on delays from Verizon they could pay that for the entire 18 month support life and only owe Motorola 500,000. Verizon pays more than that for coffee.

Finally moto can be consider a team player with os update.

Verizon's have being embrassing moto since moto blur crap on their phone and delay making it seem like moto fault.

Government contract penalties vary from nothing to the extreme you mention, but those are the exception and only on gigantic contracts.

While they may be the exception Verizon could theoretically pay $1000 a day and never even feel a small dent in their bottom line.

Another user on 905 lost to the house of bionic!

I have been sitting on rooted 905 for a while now...every once in a while jumping to 232 and back...but i took the plunge and went to 246...once you go 246, 905 can suck your ####!
