As of last night, 246 and rooted from 905 stock. Other than trying to get that cool combo clock\weather\battery circled widget and freezing the bloat, I could not be happier with the leap in performance and functionality!
I don't control the security on my work Exchange email server, but I have never had a problem using the stock client in GB or ICS .232 or .246. We use Exchange 2010, and there were no changes made on the server side when I upgraded from GB to ICS, because they didn't know my OS had changed.
I'm done worrying about it. I'll just have to make due with CM9 on my tab until my IT folks get a clue. I've already logged enough hours fooling with it. Thanks for all the help to everyone who provided suggestions, but apparently all the know how out there can't fix stupid security policies. So today instead of screwing around with it, I'm doing something I actually have complete control over, making some killer barbecue. Going from high tech to caveman tech
Long time lurking on this forum (the most informative forum) I'm still on 905 but wanting the goodness of ICS.... I may make the jump after doing some more info searching

Its simple to do with a little rudimentary know how. Just do your research first, don't fall into the noob trap of flashing first fixing later like I did
