Sent from my. 246 ICS leaked BIONIC

I looked at this one but was having a stupid moment and couldn't figure it out. I'll have to look later on when not at work.

Told ya i was having a stupid moment. Got it figured out.

I've heard there are JellyBean ROMS out for it and reviews have been very postive - might be worth doing over ICS since Project Butter really polished out the UI code for Android.

There are times I wish I still had my OG Droid except a coworker needed it mine because his wife made the mistake of handing hers to her toddler. Toddler + Phone = dead phone.

Yeah. Onlt problem this one has is the entire right half of the digitizer is dead. Left half works fine xD

One other thing I'm noticing on the 246 build regarding the headphone jack. I'm at work listening to some music through the google music app. I'm noticing a slight humming/buzzing sound, however, it's no where as bad on some of the pre 905 builds in Gingerbread. I may need to adjust some of the volume/sound levels in 246 ICS. Anyone else experiencing this issue or do I just have sensitive ears?

Widely known issue. My theory is a hardware issue worse for some than others. They "fixed" it by lowering the max volume in older builds but that "fix" has been removed in ICS.

Thank you

I just wanted to say thank you. I updated my phone using HoB and my phone is running like a good phone should. It is a huge jump! Like when I upgraded from my OG droid to the Bionic. Huge and way better!

Thank you and if I ever have anything to contribute I totally will!

Hello Samuri, just wanted to say thank you for the HOB...i finally went ahead and made the jump to 246 from 905.

I am at the step where it is 'Upgrading media database' I saw in some previous posts that this can take a LOOONNNGGGG time, as you put it...so trying not to panic, yet, it has been doing it for about an hour....is that still an acceptable time frame?

Thanks

LOL. One person sat there for 10+ hours before it finished. DO NOT kill it unless you want to factory reset. That process sucks.

It's doing a frack ton of processing on those files. I have NO idea what they're doing but it takes for freaking ever.
