Sorry that I set Samurai off earlier. Didn't mean to cause trouble on here. I read too fast going over the changes to HoB versions & lost sight of the fundamental fact that all of the update components are in the freaking zip file and therefore cannot be changed. This is super basic stuff for anyone dealing with this on a daily basis, so I totally deserved to be called out, and I can take it like a man. I'll find & edit my post to hopefully keep anyone else from making the same mistake.

Hey Sam-Off topic, but I wonder. As a NASCAR fan, do you know any way to get the Sprint NASCAR app on a Verizon Android? It would be great to be able to use it. A buddy has Sprint and we used the app a few weeks ago to listen to a race at work.
The very first line of the HoB FAQ: "WARNING: Some of these answers may offend you. I have a sense of humor. Sorry."
Seems you did not read the FAQ, or you wouldn't be all butthurt right now. The guy openly ADMITS he is gonna give you a hard time if he needs to help you. He also delivers on results. All he is doing is eliminating an unneeded step that takes a long time. At no point should the webtop partition be touched normally, so why keep reflashing it?
I didn't ask for any help. I asked a question about lapdocks and I commented about webtop and what version of hob I most recently used. Then his high holiness tryed to insult me well after the question I asked had been answered.
This is not over!

Please, do yourself and me a favor. Uninstall my apps, add me to your ignore list, and be done with it. I have no intention of responding to you further. I have far too many other people to worry about.
Did I just stumble upon a kindergarden class on a sesame street website?
Thanks Sam and everyone else for doing what you do for us laymen, I would prefer not to brick my phone but love being able to tweak it to my needs, I mean wants. Moving from 246 to 247 as I'm typing this and then moving a coworker from 905 to 247 tomorrow.

So what is it that you want, exactly? Some apology to kiss your @$$? You were wrong about your assumption. You don't like how I addressed it. I don't really care. You can be all offended all you want. At the end of the day, you were still wrong. So you're not going to get any satisfaction from me on this issue and you certainly are not going to get my help when you do something stupid in the future. Which, given your attitude, is likely. You'd be better off uninstalling my apps, adding me to your ignore list, and going and writing your own app.
