Wow looks like I missed some serious kung fu fighting. Anyway... Kids are ready for bed, wife's out shopping. Work email is set up on my other phone just in case. HoB fully installed and ready to roll. Nandroid and Titanium backups done because I'm paranoid. READ THE HOW TO's AND FAQ'S ONE LAST TIME

Just don't complain that the HoB wiped out your webtop cause it didn't flash it and we'll be good. LOL. Do a dry run with the phone disconnected and say N to all the prompts. That'll walk you through it. Then you'll be prepared for when you do it for real.
Sounds like a plan. And no worries, I could care less about webtop
Well, the only reason to flash webtop is if you modify it so it'll be fine. If you have any issues let me know in the HoB thread.

Well I for one am become a bit envious of all running ICS. Two reasons I'm stuck waiting for the ota. 1) I am technologically challenged. At least at the level you all are playing at. Given the time I could sit and get there but that brings me to 2) This is my only phone and I rely on it for personal and work. Not taking the plunge has not stopped me from appreciating the hard work off all here and I'm not only referring to Sam, Sarg, Dave, etc. There's been a lot of funny sh..... stuff, going on in the background. Jayrod, the one Droid, two Droid! Nearly fell over I laughed so hard. And I suddenly have a new love for bacon. My arteries hate you all! Keep the fun coming.

Have you thought about trying 232 to get some training wheels? That allows you to FXZ back to 905 should you run into trouble. Read through the FAQ, do a dry run through the HoB, and get your feet wet.
Did somebody say M.O.O.T (Can't remember what Dave12308's breakdown was)..just remember O.T. as Off topic..and I'm pretty good at that!
