HoB is updated to 7.8. Massive rewrite of the internals of the script. Some new hidden surprises that will be revealed later once people have had a chance to test it. May contain bugs. It was a rather involved rewrite but those having problems with it may come to appreciate what I've done.

Not necessary. I just revealed the new functionality. I added a NORSD mode. By adding a NORSD file to the root of your HoB installation, it will disable use of RSD and instead will flash using moto-fastboot like the Linux/Mac script does. 2 people who weren't able to use RSD have already used it successfully to move to 247.
