Not necessary. I just revealed the new functionality. I added a NORSD mode. By adding a NORSD file to the root of your HoB installation, it will disable use of RSD and instead will flash using moto-fastboot like the Linux/Mac script does. 2 people who weren't able to use RSD have already used it successfully to move to 247.

Another stupid question I guess, but when you say "disable" the use of RSD would that mean unable to use a future ICS FXZ file whenever that becomes available? You would still be able to manually flash with RSD wouldn't you?

Your question make no sense. It just enables a different method of flashing the same files. RSD uses the XML files I wrote to flash it. If you disable RSD, then I have code in there that uses moto-fastboot to flash the files. What version of the FXZ you're using is irrelevant. That gets autodetected at runtime.
