they cant at this moment due to the atrix 2 OTA, their servers wouldn't be able to handle the load, thats why we are probably next

It's a VZW/FCC spat at this time though, complaint was just lodged by a Google exec. Dollars to donuts it has something to do with Verizon's interpretation of LTE and what they can (and cannot) get away with restricting folks from doing on their LTE network.

This is exactly what I am praying for be because of the sensitivity an its now a legal matter my sources is trying to play it smart an hold off on the details for a little bit

I'll bet that European devices don't even pull OTAs from the same server that US devices do.

Tablets are on a different server than phones it would be really bad to put them on the same server due to the os size difference

I'd be willing to bet, though. Aren't they in direct violation of a whole plethora of terms they agreed to in order to gain their LTE spectrum to begin with? The thing is, they would likely keep getting away with it until the right person complained. Maybe the right person finally complained. Could have a wide-reaching effect on all Verizon LTE devices, if so.

Doubt Google would follow through with that if the Bionic ICS is ready and the Atrix 2 is still a month away. If they are holding off our OTA for a ****ing device that doesn't even have a build ready yet - well, as they say "See you in court".

Yeah Verizon is in violation of most if not all c block provisons that they bought for 236 million google made the 130 million reservation bid to have the provisons put in place

Well things can change at the time they made the schedule they didnt think that the atrix 2 would be behind schedule which it is now

If you'll excuse the pun, their beloved schedule should be a "moot" point when it leads to idle time where the servers aren't pushing anything (and things are READY to be pushed). They should do all they can to keep just this sort of delay from happening in the first place.

I had edited my post because I read the chart wrong,but alas...if that chart is accurate,my phone was made in June...missed it by this _______much. But seeing as it was the first part of june,it might have been made around my Bday! Hahahah
