Your Montly Bill

Best phone bill I've ever gotten:

They charged me tethering when I first got my Blackberry for a while when I didn't ask for it. LOTS of credit. :D

I'm paying about $104 right now with $30 for data, 450 minutes and unlimited texting.

Mine is supposed to be $109 - 900 mins 250 text - data unlimited my first bill appears to be unusually high though.

Mine first bill was high also but the CR explained because it was the middle of billing cycle and the activation fee it would be higher and gave me a written estimate when I got the phone so I wasn't surprized when I got the first bill. It was actually $10 less than the written estimate.

Right around 100 bucks for 700 minutes, 2 lines, plus data and 250 text on my line. 20% corporate discount on my line helps a lot!

Family Plan??

We have the Family Plan for our Droids...does anyone have the same? Ours is one of the lower talk plans...$69.99 for 700 minutes. We both have the data, which is $29.99 per line. I only have the 500 text messages on my phone, which is $10. DH has 1500 text messages, which is $15. I think this is the cheapest way for us to go right? The Verizon premium (?) plan for unlimited text on both phones I believe is $30 for each phone.

I'm trying to get us the best deal too!

I do all the talking...my DH does the texting!

Bullcrap :icon_ nono:. I just came from buying my Droid from a verizon store and they offer no such plans. I cry shenanigans. Pics or it didn't happen.

The unlimited text is $30 for all lines or, if you go to the Select plan, it is included. The select plan is $30 more than the basic plan, so it is a wash.

There are regional carriers that VZW has acquired over the years and some people are grandfathered to their old plans. Since I didn't work in a west coast call center, most calls I took were midwest and east. I know when West Virginia Wireless was acquired, mostly for the towers and nothing else, those plans sounded similar too, but eventually had to switch over. I think an apology is in order here.

I'm at a steady $129 after taxes and stuff with a Storm, Droid, and 3 regular phones. Insurance on the Storm and Droid. 1400 minutes Select plan with unlimited text.
