You do! Coming from the Lansing area it's envious.

I'm excited about going to canton this Friday just to test the LTE. When I went there the EVDO speeds where freaking amazing! Like 2mpbs. I can only image what LTE speeds are View attachment 43281

Just got 3G back on my Bionic in Chicago. Question, I have a D3 and a Bionic and the D3 never lost data, but the Bionic lost everything (4G, 3G, 1X), how come?

All 4G phones use eHRPD on top of the normal 3G (EVDO Rev.A). LTE goes down, eHRPD gets messed up, therefore losing 3G a lot of times as well. EVDO Rev.A only keeps going strong by itself, hence the 3G only phones stay strong.

HTC's 4G phones can switch back to EVDO Rev.A to get 3G back.

No 3g/4g in the Seattle area. I'm also getting a "Sim Card Authorization Error" which I am hoping is just related to the outage.

I have the Bionic. At work I normally have a flawless and strong 4g signal. Today there was no 4g, but I had a perfect and flawless 3g data connection. Not one time did I lose data. The Bionic is rooted but otherwise bone stock. The question remains: are data drops due to inconsistent phone hardware, phone software, the specific location (tower hardware/software) or what?

4G was down here in Columbus Ohio. Glad to know it wasn't my phone.

VZW rep said that they received a memo from Motorola giving them the run down on ICS however, they did not provide a release date. *sigh*

It's been on and off all day in Eastern MA. It's a 5 bar signal but it's 3G in a full blown 4G area. Actually started acting up last night around 7:00. I though it was due to the rain. Guess I was mistaken.

Both 3&4g were down over here in wny..now I have my 3g back...stopped at the VZW store earlier and they said it is a known issue....
