Does anyone know how the retry process works? I'm referring to how many times or when you might receive the OTA if your phone is off, the battery dies before you receive it, or you happen to be in a dead spot when your number comes up.

I'm just curious since it's supposed to be rolled out in batches of 250K.

you will continue to get prompted every half hour until you accept the update. You can't miss it even if your device is off.
