i flashed UD 2.3 from sapphire 1.1.1 without wiping data and it runs great also did compcache only problem is i hate the keyboard and 3d app drawer wont work right.

Settings < Ultimate Settings < Ultimate Droid Extras < Keyboards < HTC IME, and install it. Its way better than the stock themed android keyboard.

Expecting 2.4. 'Coz 2.3 has some issues like the incoming call screen. Gonna try the new one right away.

theres a fix a few threads down but no need for it since 2.4 is almost here.... I have some issues of my own im not wasting my time with.. Just moving on to the next great thing

That so-called "fix" boot-looped my phone. Don't apply it, just wait for 2.4.

im fine with it being late. Im still testing out a new theme anyways. I just hope that it installs smoothly over 2.3 so I don't have to wipe. :blackdroid:
