You may have to go back to .211 but they say is confirmed you can do that.

I have done the install and so far I see better life for the most party when my phone is sleeping. 8 hours and only used 13 percent of my battery. Not hard usage but some.

I'm almost 9 and a half hours since last charge and I've only lost 15%. Glad to see things are starting to stabalize with ICS.

10 hrs + with 22% battery gone. Light usage.

Light, moderate, heavy use? What do these mean?
It would be much more helpful to report your screen on time.
I am still on 211 totally stock and not ripped and I can get about 6 hours of screen on time. Maybe 12%/hour used by the screen.
The screen is going to always be the biggest battery hog per time of use even if the radio is over worked by signal issues.
Some have reported the screen "looks" better with ICS. I think so too. This may be a big reason for higher battery use. I was getting 10%/hour screen time with GB. Even so i get a little better overall use with ICS, I guess due to better use of dual core.
Reporting screen time would sure be more helpful to me.

Ok folks...humor a geezer. I'm pretty savvy but you nice folks speak a different language:biggrin:. I'm on 211 with the phone like it came from VZW. Will 215 mysteriously appear one day? I'm not excited about doing all the flashing etc that is mentioned. Thanks much!

Yes dingbat, motorola is working on an ICS update and hopefully will be released soon. If you want to get adventurous you can follow the easy step by step in this thread to get the update leak...

I am on the .215 leak and at the end of a battery training, going to run it down to 10% and charge her back up since I have not done one since installing ICS.
