.215 ICS Leak

It sounds like you installed the zip file for the downgrade process, did the zip file you use have a .211 in the title or a .214?

I was on the .214 leak. I had to downgrade to .211 before running the leak to get to .215 ... there were 2 .zips I put on my SD at the same time and did both from recovery.

After I downgraded to .211, I rooted, unrooted with Voodoo, and then ran the .215 leak, then restored root after it was done.
