Worked from me! Was on 904, and wanted to get on the new 905. Only issue I came up with was it failing at 15/22. Restarting my computer fixed it, and the second attempted worked. Though it didn't go past the last step. The self restart part. But I waited 20-30 mins and the phone never restarted, so I figure I'm good.

Yeah sometimes it does that just pull it once its fully rebooted

for me it always goes to the end to where it says "pass" i love this damn thing..fixing to use it again for the umfteen time to try the .905 and flash eclipse!

FXZ'd the 16GB bionic back to bone stock 902 then sideloaded 5.9.905, found that CPU Master free actually does a great job of managing the projekt opptimizer OC module once you intially run the scripts in ROM toolkit. Still have DF ap, spotify, lifehacker, lots to reload, I teepy now mommy.........

OK I'm sure this is going to cause some eye rolls... but I'm trying to install 905 and having trouble do to having rooted and killed off the bloatware. So my understanding is that I need to follow the instructions in the first post here to go to 902. My question is if I need to backup anything? Is this going to kill off all installed apps, data, etc?

This will restore ur phone to out of the box state so yes u will lose ur apps but it will leave internal storage intact so u can use ur back up to restore it

Just for clarifications sake, you're referring to restoring TiBu backups, right? I haven't messed with this phone very much, I thought I had cwm on there and could make nandroid backups till I tried using it.....

Yes for tibu, romtool box ect.

By following your directions exactly, I un-bricked my Bionic in an hour. I had been sweating for about 2 days while I read up on my boot loop failure after loading a theme. I have full fuctionality and no problems. Thank you sir, I am in your debt and you have earned my respect. i also have that whole "theme" business out of my system....forever ;)
