Did you install the animation before or after this?

If its your first time booting this, try leaving it for like 5 minutes or something. for some reason my phone takes a long time to boot froyo roms. for the first time atleast, after that its like lightening

Does anyone know how to get the stock froyo launcher working coming from sprecovery? I see it on my sdcard/jrummy but there isn't a script to switch it and I tried pushing it to system/app and restarting but nothing...I really like this rom but would love the stock froyo launcher...

I think I read that you use the "launcher" script which transforms ADW into the stock froyo launcher.

Kangerade is amazing, Jrummy. Been running it all evening and it's been one of the best ROM's I've run on 2.2 thus far. Still need to adjust all the settings and such to really get everything dialed but I'm already loving it. Thank you dancedroid

How would I get the "pm" function to work in terminal? I'm trying to run pm setInstallLocation and pm uninstall, and it tells me that pm can't be found.
