Using the goodies folder, soundoff isn't working in terminal emulator, it says the camera_click and videorecord files couldn't be found.

i gotta hand it to you jrummy you did an amazing job on this one. so far no problems. i just switched over from petes bb just to see what the hype was all about and im pretty sure im gonna keep my phone running on your rom. good job man plus im from the oc too. i do have one question though... i downloaded the goody zip and its installed in my phone. i ran the script to change to the lwpbluedotsgrid and i cant find it when i try to change my live wallpapers. so i was wondering where i can find the newly installed lwp

try choosing the neural network wallpaper. seems some of the LWP choices show up in the list and some of them replace the NN one. at least it does on mine ;-)

Looks like your post got cut off there, not sure if there's more.

OK, first, there could be an issue with the download. Personally, I try to avoid using 3G for downloading something this large, just because it takes too long and there is a lot of potential for something to go screwy with the download.

Second, your issues sound like they are related to the kernel speed. The two options I would suggest would be to use SetCPU to set the maximum to 800, see how that runs for a while, then gradually bump it up until the issues return. That will tell you your max speed and you can start tweaking from there.

If you don't have SetCPU (it sounds like you do), you will also want to double check that you are using one of the kernels specifically listed as working for Froyo and download a new one that has a lower max speed.

Personally, I'm using the P3 1000 LV kernel with the max set at 900 and it's working great. I'm going to try pushing it up to 1000, but I wanted to watch it over a few days to make sure it was behaving.

I changed my max setting to 700 but am still getting force closes. It might be the apps I am trying to use.

I'd still put my money on a kernel issue. Hit the P3 site and download a standard voltage kernel:

Make sure you get the one specifically for Froyo. Try the 1000 to start with and see how that runs.

Already! Geez, what more could we ask for? You are incredible! Truly, can't think of any fixes except the boot up animation which should match the theme. I can think of one small annoyance: in the Blueberry theme, the headlines in "News and Weather" widget appear in blue font and are hard to read IMHO. Nothing else comes to mind.

Which Terminal Emulator are you using? There are 2 on the market place. Terminal Emulator always force closed on me so I tried Android Terminal Emulator and it works like a charm.

Download this kangerade.scripts.apk then install the .apk, when its done go to your app drawer and run it, Kangerade Scripts, go to fonts, select the font you want to try and tap it. After a few seconds it will tell you its install, then you just reboot and your done! As for boot animations, there is another thread in this section entitled goodies. Just DL the boot that you want, place it on root as update.zip and instll through recovery. I switched over to the classic Droid boot and droid font earlier today with no problems.

Which Terminal Emulator are you using? There are 2 on the market place. Terminal Emulator always force closed on me so I tried Android Terminal Emulator and it works like a charm.

I second this, had FC with terminal emulator but Android Terminal Emulator worked great. Though, with canvs Kangerade Scripts front end, you dont need terminal emu!
