haha it's nothing you guys will ever do. i flashed a file bootloader file that i originally thought wouldn't work, but was 99% sure i'd be able to recover in case it didn't work. turned out to unrecoverable

as for you guys, the files i give you never touch the bootloader, so it would never be a problem with your phones. i was just trying to do something new and it didn't work out

In other roms I used to use NO LOCK to use volume button to wake up my phone, but this is not working in CM7. Is there anyway to wake up my phone other than the power button.
I also edited the keyboard file in system and tried to see if this will work like in stock roms but it did not.

Any ideas from anyone

IIRC, there's an option for volume rocker to wake the phone but I'm not 100% certain. Check the Settings -> CyanogenMod Settings and look in every category for it

well guys, i figured this day would come. i've bricked my phone and i'm about 99% sure it's unrecoverable regarding future builds, i'll put out a weekly build that i'll be unable to test but i'm sure it will be stable as our builds have been stable for quite some time now. also, don't worry, i will still port ice cream sandwich from the droid x or droid 2/2 global once the devs being doing so

looks like it's back to the blackberry for now until i get the nexus whenever that comes out

Well I added email 2.3.7 and some of the ICS apps and files and a few tweaks and she is rolling right along,happy Birthday Marines Nov 10.1775 ,and Happy veterans day tomorrow and just let me know when you got anything for to test for you,tryn to sell some stuff like my sam tab
wifi and a droid2 global and a blackberry curve ,otterboxes and even a droid pro ,got to try to get my girl one of those samsung nexus comin in a couple weeks,thanks again Jackpot

I can't get my Macbook Pro to recognize my phone/SD card. I've tried unplugging/replugging it a few times, switching the connection types between "Charge only" and "Memory Card Access" ... Nothing is working. I've rebooted it and tried it fresh... still nothing.

Any ideas?

Wifi, Standby, and Battery

I have noticed that System Standby is really draining my battery recently. I haven't been anywhere new, and its only been since I started running CM7.

I tried to turn wifi on to maybe save some battery, but I keep getting an error.

Also, is there a new build I need to install? I think mine is from 10-05 maybe?

Thoughts?
