[ROM] [6/6/2012] CM7 for the Droid Pro based on GB

Hi, Sorry but i have use this method in my droid pro, but at the reboot, the droid pro send me the message "sorry! the process com.android.phone not work" i don't remember if is just really this. Appear that there is a problem with gapps.... I haven't an sbf file to flash the original, you can help me ? anyone can help me ?
i do not know what to do... HELP ME!:hail:

I apologize it is difficult to go through 76 pages, just a few quick questions.

1. I saw Netflix has issues with version 9, does it work with version 7?
2. If I wipe and restore what is the easiest way to restore contacts? Does the verizon backup application work?

Thanks

My phone is confused about the time. DST doesn't work. When I set Data And Time to be automatic it will now be an hour off due to the clock being set forward an hour (EST Here).
I don't know if this is CM7 issue or simply the phone but I can't figure out how to fix it.

You guys wouldn't happen to have seen this yourselves have you?

My problem looks like it was related to the location settings.
Just for the heck of it I went to Location&Security and checked Use Wireless Networks.
Then I turned it off again. Then went back to date and time and set it back to Automatic and all was fine.

The thing with me though, is I use GoLauncher and GoCalendar on my desktop.
The calendar is linked to Google Calendar which is what I use to keep track of my work schedule.
Even though In Google Calendar I was due to be at work this morning at 8am, the GoCalendar widget told me I had to be there at 7.
It had been doing this ever since I set the calendar a week before.
Needless to say I was confused.

But all this solved itself as soon as I turned on wireless Networks for just a second.

Funny how the phone relies on the location settings to get DST info. I mean with our old phones way back when we didn't have this issue and I could've sworn they didn't have location tracking.
But then, maybe they did and I just didn't know.

Either way, problem solved.

HELP! HELP HELP
I MESSED UP MY PHONE! if u can help me please do.
I recently installed Cm7 on my DP but I first did a clockwork backup of stock. Later i wanted to get my old txt mesgs back so I found the mmssms.db file in the data.img file using nandroid and *cleverly* :-(:-( overwrote the file /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/mmssms.db (after a current go sms pro backup) hoping to merge with restore. OK, so nothing happening. Messaging is now blank but restore still works. But, I don't give up, right? So I overwrite the telephony.db file too (why not?). Long story short, messaging fc from boot and pro won't send or receive either. I backup and reflash Cm7 and titanium backup messaging and copy clean .db files. I go back to my Cm7 backup and replace everything. Still fc'ing. Any suggestions to restore my messaging app without starting from scratch? Sorry for long walkthru but I just wanted to be clear. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Btw, the fc message is The application Messaging (process com.android.mms has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again later.
Thanks in advance for your help.

How to update the 4.6.8? Cause I only have the 4.6.4 one and Im not really using verizon since I live in the philippines.

EDIT: How do you go into stock recovery? Im using APEX but im planning to use the CM7 instead since the screenlock thing is annoying.

UPDATE: I tried RDS Lite and SBF but it bootloops. Can anyone assist on which SBF should I use?

UPDATE2: I already tried 3.0.8.7 Verizon USA and 2.3.3 Verizon GB USA. Its stuck in droid eye.

UPDATE3: Got it to boot into the official 4.6.8 update. Now unto installing CM7. It wont go into the stock bootrecovery though

I've been having this issue where when I receive an incoming call, there is a 5-8 second delay before the caller ID and answer/ignore options appear. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Sent from my DROID Pro using DroidForums

I normally use my Pro in the USA, and this ROM has been working fantastically. However, I am currently visiting home in Europe, and I am completely unable to get data. Wifi just doesn't work (SetDNS keeps setting the DNS over and over, yes I have tried to fix permissions), and I am unable to add my provider's APN because when I go to access points and select "New APN", nothing happens. I tried to manually edit apns-conf.xml, but for some other insane reason, File Explorer refuses to enable root mode! (I allow it through Superuser, but it still says it can't enable Root Explorer because it thinks it doesn't have permission).

This is driving me INSANE. I need Wifi, and I need 3G, and right now I cannot do either. Please help me!
