$99 price when does it end?

for me it is worth the extra 100 for the maxx... but like I said I can't look in your pockets and decide for you. I am not real heavy user and can get 2 days or so out of my phone. My husband listens to music for 8+ hours on his plus playing games during his break and maybe a lil browsing, phone calls. txt and I know he gets an easy 12 hours out of his phone and still has battery left on it at the end of the day

I've had both..... love the Maxx because smart actions is obsolete ..... you need no data turn off etc ..... you sleep at night? So charge it!!!! The Maxx is a beast hands down! !!!

Adding a line. The maxx is $299 the razr is $99. Is the maxx worth the $299 rather than the $99 for the original?

That's a tough question- $200 is a heck of a lot for basically an extended battery. But the fact is, the maxx is the superior, most Badass phone out right now and I simply could not get the razr when I know I will constantly be thinking about the maxx. The $200 may not be worth the battery size alone but when u factor in ur peace of mind and confidence in your phone plus all the times u will he frustrated when ur razr battery dies n u will wish u had the maxx... the extra price is well worth it to keep u from goin nuts.

For me it would be worth the extra money.... When I looked up the Mexx this morning it showed at 249. But everyone is different...

There is always Option B. Get the Razr and see if the battery gets you through your day without turning everything off, without task killers (which in my opinion are useless and waste more battery than they help your battery) smart actions etc. Your normal day... If the battery works you are in good shape and don't need to spend the extra money. If it doesn't you have the 14 days to upgrade to the Maxx.

You could also ask either 611 or the store if they know if the Maxx will be going on sale soon. That is how I ended up getting the BOGO deal.

ok just curious what is better about the maxx? I want to make a informed decision. Also if I buy the phone then transfer it to my main line it won't affect the upgrade on the main line, correct?

Honestly they're both cool so check them both out at the store. Pick the one u like best n u got 2 weeks to change ur mind. My tastes would consider the maxx superior because for one, its just really cool... its the first phone that has managed to drastically increase battery power while being very thin- this is the kind of innovation we need nowadays and moto was genius to do it. Also, the biggest arguments about it would he that rezound has a better screen & processor but the truth is that nowadays these smartphones are so incredible that they're all amazing. The razr has an excellent screen and super fast processor that works equally good or better than the rezound. People say how bionic has the worst screen ever, but out of all my friends, they think I have the best screen they've seen because it can be seen so well outside even in direct sunlight when they can't even see theirs. So my point is there's a chance you'll like the rezound better so I can't speak on that but in my opinion, the razr is way more badass

The Razr is definitely better in the sun. My son has the rezound and has to use mine in the sun bc his is unusable. Razr Maxx definitely much better battery life. I think speakers are comparable but haven't tried that side by side yet.
